April 17, Dear Revdex.com Representative;Upon receiving the complaint by a customer of Lee's Kitchen on April 16,2014, we have reached out to the person to sincerely apologize and comp them their lunch/dinner.We/management were not aware of the encounter the customer and one of our employees service to him/herUpon this encounter being brought to our attention we have spoken to all of employees regarding courteous service to our customers
