I have requested contact from a General Manager or Owner to resove damages to a $garment that was processed in thier top "Diamond Service"Then it was passed off as intact when It had been damaged and poorly repaired On site Managers basically hid when presented with the problem leaving other staff to try to resove the matter
The garment is still with Browns and we shall see how this is handeled now
I am VERY angry about hiding damage to the $garment that was then terribly repaired (and Yes I am taking pictures now) Next time I will take pictures of staff so there is no misunderstanding for absentee management
Brown's cleaned my black and white suit jacket and it looked like it was ruined (the white turned to a dingy brownish colour) I took the jacket to a different dry cleaner and they said it was washed in a dirty solution and that the white was "crushed" They were able to clean it and now it looks brand new I took the jacket to Brown's to prove that they made a mistake but they refused to pay for my cleaning bill
