I have been a costumer of Lee’s Nails & Day Spa for over a year and I never received any horrible customer serviceHowever, once I changed nail technicians and started receiving services from an employee name, Andy, I then started to receive poor customer serviceOn one occasion, Andy was over minutes late to a standing appointmentI let that incident go, because we all run into emergenciesThe second incident, Andy was complaining the entire time while doing my nails making statements like “You should have came earlier” “If I take the gel polish off, can you come back in days to get the polish put back on”, mind you it was only p.mHowever, today on 1/27/17, Andy was a no call no show for my appointmentThis was extremely unprofessional especially since I live minutes from the businessWhen I requested the number of the business owner, the nail techniques refused to give it to meWhen I asked for the manager’s number, they refused to give that to me as wellOne particular nail technician referred me to the complaint number listed on the front desk, however once I called that number, 1-800-360-5969, I realized it was to a cable company and not for customer service related callsI then returned to the business to retrieve the managers’ number and everybody refused to give me the number once againOne technician gave me an alleged number for the manager, but it was disconnected! I am extremely unpleased with this business level of professionalism and how they handle customer complaint mattersI should have known this was a horrible place of business once Andy botched the other two appointments, however this was the icing on the cake! I urge everyone to stand clear of this business and their unethical business practices
