On or about April 11th, *** came in to inform me that her tire had failed. I informed her that if it was in fact a tire I had sold her that I would stand behind the tire warranty, but that she first had to provide a receipt. She came in with a receipt for a new *** brand tire she
had purchased from my shop, at which time I informed her that was not the receipt for the tire that failed. The tire that failed was a *** ***. She has not provided me with proof that she purchased the *** *** from me. She did purchase two additional new *** from me in February. Regardless, I gave her my insurance information and they are handling it from here
