When I Took My CRV to them to give me a price on ball joint issues they DID NOT CHARGE ME to give estimate,Which I was ok with and had them fix the issues,when JB the customer service Repcalled me to pick up .I ask if he would read a simple engine code because engine light was on ,He said he would have to charge me.I just spent $to fix ball joints.THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE BALL JOINT ESTIMATE, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME TO READ CODE LIGHT AND GIVE ESTIMATE???GREEDY???I Talked To OWNER *** when I picked up car WHY? He said JB felt Threatened ,Because I Said If He or They Would Not Read Code for Free I WOULD NOT BE BACK!!! Thats Not A Threat THAT IS A FACT!!!I WONT BE BACK!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
