This person's car was towed because he had a suspended licenseAnd the plates didn't go to the carThis car was towed by the colorado state patrol and per the law I'm not allowed inside of any vehicle it is the owners responsibility not the towing company'sWe have been verbal abused in this hole situation and he has made threats towards the owner which is a womanHe never has come to our impound lot to look in his car and now is making this complaint because his vehicle is up for auctionWe've followed all the rules per the state and we'd like this removed

There's no outstanding handicap spot sign for NO parkingLee's towing company should not tow our car away just because someone called, they also didn't leave any note or contact me, obviously they can make money from this unauthorized action! All this is wrong and they should not charge me anything!
Again, when we went to pick up the car, There're woman over there, one woman, around 50s, I heard the employee mentioned she's the owner, she got long curly hair, smoking and loud, she used abusive attitude to me when I questioned the priceAnother woman is the employee, around 30s, with pierce under her lips and over right eye brows, blonde hair tied up, she wasn't in the conversation when I talked to the owner, So there's no "she was very verbally abusive to our office staff " happenedThis is Fake!!
I need my money back and the owner apologize to me!

I have included a copy of the original invoice, along with our posted private property impound rates, which are in line with the requirements of the State of Colorado. We also Waived the $certified mailed charge (we have to send these to registered owners within days of vehicle being left
at our lot), so we already cut her a "break", due to the situation. The daily storage charges are charges daily- if your car comes in at 11:59pm on 6/2/and you pick it up at 12:15a in 6/3/15, that is days of storage. That is how it works at all tow companies.She parked her vehicle on private property in handicap spot. We were called by said property owner and asked to remove the vehicle. I can not help that she was out of town for a week+.We did nothing wrong, and she was very verbally abusive to our office staff. I get there are difference in countries, and we tried over and over to explain the situation to her, and she was not hearing it. In fact she told her husband " Be a Man- I brought you to deal with this- it is your country- Be a Man"The bill stands and is valid. Don't park and leave your car on someone else's property with out permission. Also do not park in handicap, unless you have a placard or plate, or are handicap.There will be no refund issued, we did not break any laws or over charge.Thank you!*** ***

First of all they told you I was the one driving when car was towed that is untrue and police records can prove it also said I threatened them every time I called I had my phone on speaker phone and at least one witness listening to conversation that is willing to testify in court theConversations this is one time I covered myself I want my car back and my meds and personal belongings
