They came out, wasn't too sure what was going on they just started trying things replaced 2 parts failed to mention the unit was still under warranty and I kept calling to tell them that there solutions didn't work and they told me there was nothing else they could do, I feel like they just took the money and ran [redacted] came today behind them and told me my unit was still under warranty and have found a lot of things that they have missed and they are working on getting things working like they should
