I am rejecting this response is a self serving distortion of the facts concerning my purchase of their $E Bike kitThe kit was sent with no instructions and parts missing2.It is a well known fact that their instructions are are inadequate , and poorly thought outThere are many co,plaints about this on the internetI was infact lied to by their employee Mandy that the my purchaseIf their instructions had been adequateWould have been much fewer calls3.When I finally did get the bike assembled ( not with the aid of their so called instructions the bike would not workTheir trouble shooting says to buy a millimeter and check the battery. I bought the testeer but no one there could tell me how to use it so the sent me a different part which was supposed to fix the bike but did notI asked again for tech help an how to use the tester an again was told their was no one there who knew how to use it finally had to take the batter to a large battery minutes from where I live to have it checked The battery they sent me was defectivethey then sent me a new battery which fixed that problemAll the predescribed problems could have been avoided if the would have practiced common business practices of send out use able instructions and pre tested parts5.When I finally did get the bike running my front forks broke wile going down my driveway with the brakes onIt took another week to resolve this problem Due to Leed’s sloppy and negligent business practices It was over five weeks to have a functioning bike

Thank you for the opportunity to respond.Mr *** received excellent customer service from our staff here at LEEDAside from jumping on an airplane to Arkansas and installing the kit for him, we have held his hand through the entire process from well before the time he purchased until present day
We cannot be next to a customer when they install their kit, so it is up to them to inspect their own bike and install the kit properlyAdvice on how and what kind of fork the kit is installed on comes directly from the manufacturer of the motor who has been manufacturing this motor for many years.Mr*** was sent prepaid return shipping labels, offered a full refund upon return of the item, was refunded for his broken forks (though it is no our policy to do so and is clearly stated on our site), received a response to every single email he sent and was spoken with on the phone over a dozen timesHis kit is performing as expectedIt is a kit meant to be used for assistance on a bike ride, not to replace ones bike and turn it into a motorcycleWe suggest if Mr *** would like speed up steep hills that he pedal his bike while riding up the hills or purchase a motorcycle.Only after pieces were returned to us (nearly days after we sent the prepaid shipping label and over a week after demands for money kept coming in) did we offer some compensation as a goodwill gesture.Mr *** has since thanked us and we consider this matter closedWe hope Mr *** enjoys his kit and do stand by our product, service and warranty of the productOur third party verified customer reviews on our website demonstrate the quality of product and service we at LEED provide
