Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:It was not the furnace I paid $147 it was the generator, which you will recall did NOT work right and had to be adjusted before I left. The furnace was a loose wire only. Had anyone there checked, everything, as you suggested,  you would have notice. You, all of you know full well we ran nothing but the generator. The stove, with original stickers in place, had NEVER BEEN used, the ac/heatpump where the presumed leak occurred,  the sewer/ water none was check due to the 'assurace' that all had been check INCLUDING the stains on the inside ceiling that were cleaned at my request prior to arrival, AND because of the temperature, 17 degrees, and the late hour. The roof CLEARLY is damaged and sealed IF you indeed go over all of it and your shop 'failed to report it' or your appraiser failed to notice it and ask the previous owner WHAT had happen to the roof, my response is how stupid it that?....We would not be having ANY of this discussion IF you would just have been up front. You didn't report it thinking it would lose you a sale, maybe but maybe I would have ask the cost of repair and moved on with the deal as you already had $15,000 of my money. You COULD have found the owner, I did not want to talk to her just contact her and HIPPA regulations do not apply to RV sales as her name was on the previous title which you gave me. Had I known there was a problem I would have kept her name. and I would have sent a letter to her previous address and asked for a forwarding address, unless of course she too, had something to hid.  I'm well aware you have those records and if you have nothing to hide you would have been will to share.  Do I think Sal had a clue. No! But I believe the owner and the shop knew. I thought I was being trusting having arrived so late in the day and keeping everyone so late.I believed your were all above board.  I mistakenly thought you were all just so nice. I believe you are deceitful crooks and you took advantage. I never read the negative reviews until you refused to help me. Then I saw 4 f 5 were complaints.  I also notice I can no longer post to [redacted] or do any evaluations on your site...so you get to continue your questionable business practice. It is shameful....As you know I have lots of contact involved in this business and I, unlike you, am more than willing to share!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
After my father called and explained that his daughter and two kids were living in the camper for the summer, the option of having one of there employees come out to the campground where the camper was, was offered which he accepted. They told us they would be there on Saturday they never showed, my father called them back on Monday and was told they would send someone out on Wednesday again no one showed. We called and left messages that went unreturned.
Sincerely,

[redacted] The company has indicated that they will send a $100.00 refund to settle this complaint. Once I receive the refund I will accept the response from the company. Thank you

Hello, I wanted to inform you that complaint # [redacted] has been resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the help I received from your organization, it would not have been resolved without your involvement. Thanks again. [redacted]

We did sel[redacted] his [redacted] with 172606 miles on it  and it was sold AS IS with no WARRANTY and we  also sold [redacted] a camper at the same time on May 13,2016.Now almost  a year later he is now wanting his money back that is a very...

unreasonable expectation due to the fact that [redacted] was AS IS with no warranty. On his first road trip he experienced a problem with the [redacted] in [redacted] which was in July  he called me and explained what happened to the [redacted].Even though the [redacted] was sold AS IS we decided to help pay 50 percent of the repair which was $1400.00.  We went above and beyond what any other dealer would do.Granted the [redacted] had 172606 miles on it when we sold it to [redacted]  We at Lee's Auto Ranch went above and beyond for [redacted]

Were are very surprised to hear that [redacted] feels we have lied about anything - We told her we would cover the Furnas repair once she got it to the dealer within the 30 day warranty period - I guess she did eventually get it fixed for $147 we will still honor this repair even if was outside...

of the 30 days warranty - all we ask is she send us a copy of the receipt.   As far as the roof repair or patch she is referring too we complete a full inspection of all our used RV's to make sure that there are no leaks.  From what we understand there are no active leaks on the unit.  As for the patch on the roof we can't possible know the complete history of every used RV we sell at our dealership - Our RV service department makes sure that they are safe and in good working order at the time of delivery.  This was the case when [redacted] pickup up the unit everything was in good working order when she left.  For us to give her the previous owner info we can only do this if we are given permission from the previous owner in this case they moved to [redacted] and gave us no phone or address to reach them to even ask them permission.  If [redacted] chooses to bring the roof back to its original new condition on her used [redacted] that would be her choice at her expense.  The roof was surely inspected by our RV service department and If it was leaking they would have sealed it like they do on any used RV before we sell it. As for Sal or anyone in sales to know that it had a previous repair we would not have known this unless the RV service department said it was leaking and need to be fixed. We're sorry if we have failed her expectations.

Review: Purchase a [redacted] only had the car for 5 months. The transmission is internally failed. My warranty is supposed to cover for the drivetrain, any major issues. Took the car to a [redacted] shop got a diagnoses, the [redacted] shop told my warranty company what is wrong. They still will not cover it. Where I live the lemon law is supposed to protect me.Desired Settlement: I would like to trade in the car or have my warranty cover the charges.

Review: I call Lee's Auto Ranch for a quote for the installation of a hitch and related wiring for a [redacted] the service manager gave me a quote of $300.00. I told him I was getting quotes and would get back to him. Lee's Auto Ranch was the lowest quote so I call back to schedule the service and [redacted] told me to bring the vehicle in on Monday July 21st to do the installation. We dropped off the vehicle as instructed and [redacted] was not in at the time and as we were driving down the road [redacted] called and stated the he had not ordered the part. I questioned [redacted] as to why he would schedule an appointment and not order the part, he stated that there must have been some miscommunication and would immediately order the part and have it shipped express delivery. A one day job turned into a two day job. On Tuesday July 22nd when we went to pick up the vehicle we were shocked to find the price was TWICE what we were quoted. I think that if an installation is going to cost TWICE what was quoted a phone call would be in order.Desired Settlement: A partial refund would be in order.
