I made a purchase at Lee Beauty Supply and was given the incorrect change amount. My total was 3.93, I paid 20.03. and received only 6.10 change back. The owner of the store refused to give me my correct change back. I had 10.00 of my hard earned money stolen by this establishment. Who knows how long, or to how many people this has happen to.
