Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received! Very professional workmanship! I would highly recommend this company for all your floor restorations!

I spoke with the business and she said that this was $5 and not the normal $10 because it was just a re-hem on one leg and not a lot of work. All the business did was the one leg, they did not even need to open the pants seams or work on the other leg. They would be very willing to refund the $[redacted] since the customer is not happy with the work but they are not able to refund the full price of the pants.

Review: I dropped off a pair of pants with Lee's Cleaner's on either April 12th or 14th. I needed one of the seams at the bottom of the pant leg's to be re-sewn as the hem had come out. I showed them the hem that needed to be re-sewn and told them that this was the only thing that needed to be done to the pants. They gave me a ticket and I was told to pick them up Thurs. the 18th. My husband went and picked up my pants for me on the 18th and paid the $5.00 fee for getting the one pant leg re-hemmed. When I got home from work, took off the plastic that was covering the pants, and unfolded them from the hanger, one of the pant legs looked like it was sewed together in the middle of the pant leg, which is nowhere near the bottom hem. Upon further inspection, I pulled the bunched up pant leg apart and found that the pant leg wasn't sewn together there; instead, something had gotten caught on the pant fabric and had pulled a big string out of the fabric, causing the fabric to bunch up in that area. The fabric around that area was now pulling in strange areas and the pants are ruined as the fabric pull goes all around the entire pant leg and is completely obvious. I called the store and they asked me to bring in the pants, which I did. They told me that they didn't do that to my pants and that they would not refund me any money and wouldn't pay for the pants. They were extremely rude and dismissive. I am very disappointed that this store doesn't stand behind their services and that they are so dishonest . There is no way that I took the pants in to be serviced with a large pull in the fabric. If they were ruined, I would not have paid to have the hem fixed in the first place. This dry cleaner fixed my hem, made a pull in my fabric somehow, and then folded them over on the hanger so that it was not obvious that this happened until I took them off the hanger to put them on my own hanger. They were hoping that I would just stick them back in my closet on their hanger and wouldn't notice this until days later.Desired Settlement: I would like my $5.00 re-hemming fee refunded and I would like to be reimbursed for my pants. I called[redacted], which is the store where I purchased the pants, and received the info. on my pants: They are the [redacted] in Blue, size 4, for $148.00. The style number is [redacted] and I bought them this past winter 2013.
