ID: [redacted]The customer ([redacted]) has said she has paperwork saying another company came out and said we did not fix the problem. If that is the case we will need the paperwork saying that if she wants the second half of her bill taken off. We did the work for the Mrs. [redacted] and 2 months after...

doing the work she called the office and made a payment on her invoice, when a customer pays the bill that is telling me there is no problem.  If she had problems with the unit after we did the work she should of addressed us about it then.
