Lees Helping Hands

I would not recommend this service to move a pet. To begin, after two snow days on 20th and 21 March 2018, Lee agreed that he be at my residence about 2 pm. Well, 2:30 and 3:30 came and went. I text him at 2:30 to see if he was coming and he said that he was running a little late. Call again around 3:00 and he said he was sending two guys to get started. I waited and waited. Finally, two guys appeared at my door at 7:00 pm. I looked at both of them laughing...but fuming. I asked them if they thought, I was suppose to let them keep me up 4-5 hours loading...affecting my schedule. I told them their services were no longer need.

Mr. Lee would have been more professional just saying that he could not keep the appointment. He caused me a great inconvenience by not acknowledging his failure. this company does not need to be in business and I certainly would not want anyone to experience what I went through. Maybe if he lost customers and could not feed his family, he would think twice about his practices. Seriously...do not use this business. A waste of time!

I call another mover that evening. They showed up on time and had me loaded in three hours.

Review: On June 28,2013 [redacted] sent 2 men to my apartment to move my furniture out and load it on to a [redacted] truck. They were 3 and a half hours late, and they damaged some of the furniture. Lee had had previous conversations with my wife about the date of the work, the time, and the inclusion of tools that would be needed to complete the job. They were late, had no tools, and no clue as to how to properly load the truck. He answered his phone late in the day when my wife called. She told him to get to the apartment, and he declined to do so. The furniture was packed improperly as we'll as moved out of the apartment improperly. Lee called me on June 30,2013 to apologize. I informed him that I wanted a full refund and an insurance adjuster to come to my new apartment to file a claim. He has not responded to my calls,and I have not been contacted by an insurance agent. I have photographed the damaged furniture. I request assistance to resolve this issue. My other hope is that by filing this claim that it might help others from having this experience. Ty for your help. I await your call. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full replacement and some acknowledgement that shows that [redacted] is not worthy to be in business. If he would have just made things right when he spoke, I would understand his true desire to be a professional. Mistakes can happen. We learn from them and move on.
