of our employees service to him/her. Upon this encounter being brought to our attention we have spoken to all of employees regarding courteous service to our customers .
Review: On Wednesday, March 5, 2014, I drove up to Lee's Kitchen from Washington, DC. I usually go up when I am running errands in [redacted]. I have been coming to this restaurant for over fifteen years. I usually order the same thing, Morengo delight with no peppers or onions. I ordered carryout on Wednesday and it had red peppers. Red peppers do not agree with my stomach. I explained to the owner that there were red peppers in my Morengo delight and I had eaten one of them. He said that was impossible because I would see the red pepper. The red pepper was brown with the sauce, so I did not see it. There were also onions in the meal which also my stomach. I called him back and explained this to him. He asked me if I could come back. He knows that I live in Washington, DC, because I had talked to him about it that very day. He asked me if I could bring the food back the next day. I told him it was too far for me to travel to bring back the food. I was deeply disturbed that he thinks I would travel over fifteen miles to return food. I had this happen once before there, and they comped me another order when I returned. His attitude this time was condescending and unprofessional. It was as if he blamed me for screwing up the order.Desired Settlement: Refund and apology.
