refund a lot sooner. This man was also very hateful & arrogant with the owner & needs to appreciate the fact he got one at all. It should be up to our discretion as to when & whether we issue a refund depending upon the circumstances & whether we deem it's warranted. This man didn't deserve a refund, but he got one nonetheless. One other thing I'd like to mention -- we did not renew our membership last year with the Revdex.com for various reasons. When we were initially notified about this particular complaint, we found it very offensive to be told by this agency that we had X number of days to respond.
