Lee's Nail and Day Spa

I have been a costumer of Lee’s Nails & Day Spa for over a year and I never received any horrible customer service. However, once I changed nail technicians and started receiving services from an employee name, Andy, I then started to receive poor customer service. On one occasion, Andy was over 30 minutes late to a standing appointment. I let that incident go, because we all run into emergencies. The second incident, Andy was complaining the entire time while doing my nails making statements like “You should have came earlier” “If I take the gel polish off, can you come back in 3 days to get the polish put back on”, mind you it was only 2 p.m.. However, today on 1/27/17, Andy was a no call no show for my appointment. This was extremely unprofessional especially since I live 30 minutes from the business. When I requested the number of the business owner, the nail techniques refused to give it to me. When I asked for the manager’s number, they refused to give that to me as well. One particular nail technician referred me to the complaint number listed on the front desk, however once I called that number, 1-800-360-5969, I realized it was to a cable company and not for customer service related calls. I then returned to the business to retrieve the managers’ number and everybody refused to give me the number once again. One technician gave me an alleged number for the manager, but it was disconnected! I am extremely unpleased with this business level of professionalism and how they handle customer complaint matters. I should have known this was a horrible place of business once Andy botched the other two appointments, however this was the icing on the cake! I urge everyone to stand clear of this business and their unethical business practices.

Review: There is a general lack of respect for the customers by the person greeting people who walk in the door. Her name is [redacted], and she is rude to all customers. There may be some cultural disconnect in excusing her bad behavior, in that management there does not realize that her behavior is unacceptable and hurts their business. I have not been able to get in touch with the owners, and the managers English is poor and she is difficult to understand.Desired Settlement: I would accept an acknowledgement of this poor performing employee and an apology.

Review: Manger refuse to provide customer any service, actually kick customer out of establishment, because customer did not want the manger to do her nails. Customer want other techniquian to provide service. As a result, manger refused customer service at the establishment. Manger had [redacted] American receptionist to tell [redacted] American customer she had to leave the establishment after making the customer wait for service for about 20 minutes.Desired Settlement: I would like a complimentary service and a formal apology from the manager.
