On or about April 11th, [redacted] came in to inform me that her tire had failed. I informed her that if it was in fact a tire I had sold her that I would stand behind the tire warranty, but that she first had to provide a receipt. She came in with a receipt for a new [redacted] brand tire she...
had purchased from my shop, at which time I informed her that was not the receipt for the tire that failed. The tire that failed was a [redacted]. She has not provided me with proof that she purchased the [redacted] from me. She did purchase two additional new [redacted] from me in February. Regardless, I gave her my insurance information and they are handling it from here.

Review: I purchased tires for my vehicle from Lee's Quality Tires and within one month, my rear tire stripped completely on the highway causing a crash that involved my car hitting the concrete divider 18 times. My car came to rest facing traffic. After finding out that the tire was defective, I went to see [redacted], who promised me he would take care of the damage and he would contact his insurance company. He did not do either, nor did he refund the cost of the tire(s), which were still under warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the tires and for my vehicle to be repaired. I have paid my own medical bills.
