I bought this camper in September, it is now its December and this camper has been sitting unable to use as has multiple problems even before I took ownership of. I have contacted forest river 3 times and they swear parts were sent to dealer. I contacted dealer and they said parts never received. I have called forest river 3 times nothing gets done. I have called the dealer at least 10 times and their no help. I am having the worst experience with any purchase, very poor customer service at dealer and manufacture, no communication and I started a utah lemon law complaint with the consumer protection agency.

We are in receipt of your letter dated March 28, 2016 regarding a complaint filed against my company by [redacted] in New York City.
My company was contacted by a [redacted] regarding preparing a sample they were requesting for the [redacted] new headquarters located...

in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. My company is the preferred concrete supplier to [redacted] and as such does most of the custom concrete designs in their buildings. My salesman exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with Ms. [redacted] regarding the design she was seeking. During this time Ms. [redacted] was informed that there would be costs associated with the sample since my company would not be supplying the concrete for this building due to logistics; Ms. [redacted] agreed to the charges and we accepted her at her word and did not request a formal purchase order from her.
We incurred significant costs in preparing this sample for the firm. We had to form up this sample in our shop, batch concrete, pour it in the form and finish it. After two weeks we had to have a concrete polishing company come to our shop and polish it to the desired look and cut out the sample and ship it to their representative. During this process there was a representative from [redacted] Company observing the process to ensure the look they desired. The end sample, mix design and instructions on how to polish it were supplied to their firm. We incurred costs for material, labor and an outside contractor for which we were not compensated. We did try to collect the money for the work they requested but it became obvious to us that they were not going to honor their obligation we decided in January of 2016 to write this off as bad debt. They may have received a statement in that same month but have not received anything since that time. We have no plans to continue to bill them or pursue collection activity against them in the future.
I do not feel that billings that were sent to them were in any way fraudulent; we provided goods and
services to them at their request. I have learned a valuable lesson about getting a purchase order from those firms outside of our area that we not familiar with. Clearly business in New York is done differently than it is in Indiana.
Courteously,
Larry [redacted]

Worst customer service and purchasing experience I've ever had. Bought a brand new camper in January, thought the pantry doors were warped (I could have lived with the doors) and it turns out the wall was crooked. How do you miss this during a quality inspection? Also, there is a soft spot in the floor. My brand new camper has spent half of the time I have owned it at the dealer being repaired. There is still a soft spot in the floor that Forest River wants to fix at the factory; more time I don't have the use of my brand new camper. Only problem is the factory is not scheduling the repair and will not return phone calls or emails from the dealer or me. Horrible experience. This is my first camper and it won't be my last. NEVER buying from these folks again.

The worst customer service. The warranty has so many loop holes and dead ends, clearly written to benefit the manufacturer. The things guaranteed in the warranty: "warrantor shall remedy the defect within a reasonable amount of time"- can you please define this amount of time? Months? Years? are not upheld by a long shot.
