Lee's Roofing

I used Randall & Sons a few years ago when my kitchen sink was stopped up. I had tried everything myself, including my brother-in-law, to unstop the drain. I found their name and number from Angie's List. He was very prompt in replying and coming out. After bringing in several types of machinery, he couldn't figure out why it was stopped. He then had to cut a piece of the pipe and that's when he found it... acorns. Squirrels had dropped acorns down the vent pipe on the roof and they became lodged in the pipe. I kept thinking this was going to be extremely expensive but it actually was way lower than I thought. I have recommended him to family and friends and have kept his magnet on my refrigerator just in case.

Review: When we were buying our first home all we could think about was raising a family in a space that we loved that would be great for our family. In the closing of the home the roof was contracted to be done the week before we moved in. We were part of the selection process and chose local roofing company, [redacted] Lees Roofing. [redacted] has been recommended by our realtor and we enjoyed working with him at first but as time went on things got worse. The roof was supposed to be completed before we moved in and [redacted] stated that it would be completed the day of closing or at the latest the next day. [redacted] provided us with a letter to the financial company stating the work would be completed so we could close on the home. After weeks and weeks of calling [redacted] there was not able to come finish the roof until October. We called [redacted] multiple times and he would state he would show up on a specific day so we would be sure to be home and he would not come, he would not even call to tell us that something had come up. [redacted] eventually finished the roof in October and less than a week after the roof was finished we had water leak into our bathroom. I called [redacted] around 4pm on the 15th to let him know that the recent rainstorm had allowed water into the house potentially through the roof and he stated he would be over right away. At 9:30pm I called [redacted] Lee to see if he would in fact be coming to look at the roof or if he was not going to show up like he has done many times before and he stated he would be here within 45 minutes. [redacted] arrived around 10:15pm and looked at the roof reaching the conclusion that the witches hat on the top level was not sealed correctly and there was water that would seep out as it was pushed on. [redacted] stated he would be back within the next couple of days to fix the leak-remove the witches hat to make sure there was no damage underneath and get the bathroom repaired. On the 18th [redacted] lee came with [redacted] from Clearwater to do a moisture test as I had requested that we verify that there had been no additional damage. The moisture readings came back normal and [redacted] stated he would be back within a few days to patch the hole. We have called multiple times to have the roof patched and it has been stated multiple times that he would come. He promised to come before the end of the week and he has not come nor has he called.Also no caulk gun, hole in the wall, siding that was thrown away, rubber maid tote box that was broken and after months no contact from Lees in any way.Desired Settlement: We would like the issue resolved. We need the roof patched and corrected along with the damage inside the house repaired. The roof was supposed to be completed before we moved in and it has been months of trying to make something happen with no response from Lee's in any way.

We went with Lee's Roofing of White Stone, Va. to replace the roof on our recently purchased house. We were approached by several handymen but decided to go with a professional who specialized in roofing. We were having the old roof material removed, a new ridge vent cut into the roof and new architectural shingles installed. We just felt more comfortable going with a professional roofing service. Lee's Roofing did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. The roof looks beautiful and has added to the value of the house. Highly recommend!!!
