We have already been in touch with this customer She has come in and I explained to her that the vehicle she purchased was the only vehicle in our inventory at that time that her approval would fit along with her cash down, credit, and lender approval guidelines Given her credit and lack of additional cash down left us limited with very little choice We can only sell cars that are in our inventory A bank will for sure tell a customer in a local branch that they can buy a car anywhere they want But we are not a bank and do not issue loans We can only arrange financing on vehicles that customers buy from our inventory I since then tried to help her to trade out of this vehicle but have been unable to arrange financing due to the additional derogatory items she has gained on her credit history Regardless, She is not welcome to our dealership at all She has threatened most of our employees and uses inappropriate language in front of other customers

I am rejecting this response because:they did not address my main issue in said complaint the cost of getting this car legal the 1,needed for{ sales tax that they failed to disclose to me at time of purchase} in order to not loose my only means of transportation

We tried talking to him, but was unsuccessful due to his vulgar language.  It would have been nice to have this type of urgency when we needed him to call us back on the down payment he canceled right after delivery.  No employee deserves it and will not put ourselves in a position to...

receive it.  We certified mailed his docs weeks ago.  If no one is home at time of delivery, then he needs to go to Postal office to collect.  But after a certain period of time, the post office will return the docs back to us.
