Review: I have prepaid for a 2yr subscription to a magazine, but have only received a few issues. Distribution seems to have stopped, and cannot find out why.
I had purchased a 2 year subscription for [redacted]'s toy review magazine in December 2011 from my local comic book store. I was receiving monthly issues, but soon after [redacted]'s had changed to publishing quarterly issues instead(or seasonal). The last magazine I had received was issue #220-summer 2012. After not receiving any more issues after that, and the owner of the comic book store not knowing why they had stopped receiving shipments, I sent an e-mail directly to [redacted]'s myself. I did not get a response, so I sent another e-mail, again no response. The [redacted]'s Toy Review website has said it's under "maintenance" for many months now, and I cannot seem to get any answers. There are numerous complaints online. Just "Google" [redacted]'s Toy Review(It's a long story.Might as well read it) Hisstank.com. Anyways, the comic book store has offered to refund my subscription money, but I really enjoy this magazine and just want to know what is going on. Thank you very much for your time, Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would just like to know what has happened to [redacted]'s toy Review, and why no e-mails are answered. Also, how the comic book store has no information as well. Just want answers.

Hi, I was just wondering if any response has been given by [redacted]'s toy review regarding my complaint? I have my subscription through a comic book store, who has no idea what has happened to the publisher either!! I am quite frustrated at the lack of response from this company to just not answer to anyones concern. I have given my money already to pay for this subscription up front. I feel completely ripped off and left in the dark. Do they even exist anymore? Have they closed up or stopped publication? How can they get away with this? Just answers is what I would like to hear from them. Thank- you
Review: I haven't received an issue or been able to contact this company for two years. I have called by phone and used both of their email address to contact them and have gotten nothing. I just want closure with this company.Desired Settlement: I want closure with either back issues since the fall of 2011, or some other remedy.

Sincerely,
Review: Paid for 24-issue price guide subscription. Only received 13 issues (last issue received Spring 2012).
I paid $97.95 for 24-issue price guide subscription starting on issue #208. My last issue was #220 Spring/2012. Will not reply to email or phone messages. Never had issues in the past with subscriptions from them. No clue as to current status of Lee's Publication.
Desired Settlement: I would like either:
1) all missing issues sent up to current issue
OR #XXX-XXX or most current issue until 24-issues is met.
OR
2) refund of $32.65 which is the missing 8 issues that I paid for and never received.
97.95/24 = $4.XXXXX per issue x8 issues = $32.65
