Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: First, [redacted] Robinson was not contracted to provide Background work for [redacted] She was contracted to obtain audition opportunities, which she promised to doI have obtained lots of Background work for [redacted] both before and after contracting [redacted] RobinsonSo the statement that there is non avaiabe is totally falseBut that is not the issueAs far as head shots, [redacted] sent us to a substandard photographer that worked out of his living room and charged me an additional $Which she called "Head Shots" so that was on top if the $that [redacted] claimed was for head shotsAs far as Fashion week, that was a total jokeIt was held in a small one room venueThe only attendees where a photographer, ***'s helpers and about people all relatives of the participantsNo exposure what so ever [redacted] stated that she sent out [redacted] 's photo to two possible jobs, one in TX and one in Fla I believeEven if that were true, ONLY in a year??? I know for a fact there are many more audition opportunities out there for childrenEither way, she was never sent for one single auditionUsed a sub standard photographer, instead of her regular photographer, which I will not name since I have all respect for his talent Regards, [redacted]

The was for Headshots to be printed and we mail out to casting directors, and to auditions that require a headshot, I do not send out for background work, I did have ***s headshots along with others with me at Fashion week which she participated in, and will be glad to mail
remaining headshots to *** is a beautiful girl and I do have a list of submissions that I can mail out as well, I fulfilled my obligation of mailing them out, however much to all our dismay childrens submissions other than background are few and far between in the south, I also submitted her to Texas as well as Atalnta with no response. Because of this issue, we are also no longer signing background or inexperienced talent

Tell us wI did address the printed out headshots, I sent *** to *** *** in order to save money, and *** is a highly respected photographer in Gulfport, I charge for the agency to print out the headshots from pictures from the photographer, Headshots are an 8xglossy print with a UV coating and normally have resume on back, *** *** does not charge for a photo shoot plus headshots, he signs actors for the agency at 350.00, he was doing the photoshoot for free, now he charges for photoshoots and the headshots are still I have attached ***s Contract dated October 2015, Please note on marketing page, Headshots were checked, not comp cards, Also underneath it says "Please note: Agency mails out comp cards or headshots to top casting agencies, Agency retains and talent receives 25"
It cost in postage to mail headshots out which totals that is paid out of the 350.00, the agency makes no profit off of theseWe use ***/ to order the printed headshots, is this is a total of this does not include cost of special 9xfull window envelopes that casting directors demand agents to useSO the paid was to print out these headshots and mail outI have been honest and forthright with everyone as to submissions and purpose of headshots or comp cards, for a product to mail out, not for auditions, I have never promised anyone a guaranteed auditionI am enclosing ***s contract dated October and list of submissions not only on ***s behalf but I also submitted ***s as well*** is still on our rouster and still being submittedI feel the agency has more than represented *** and fulfilled our duty in submitting her for auditions However even though I may submit her does not mean she will get an audition out of a submission as that is a casting agent or directors choice, not the agencies.hy hereMs.Clopton,

Tell us wI did address the printed out headshots,  I sent [redacted] to [redacted] in order to save money, and [redacted] is a highly respected photographer in Gulfport,  I charge 350.00 for the agency to print out the headshots from pictures from the photographer, Headshots are an 8x10 glossy print with a UV coating and normally have resume on back,  [redacted] does not charge 350.00 for a photo shoot plus headshots, he signs actors for the agency at 350.00, he was doing  the photoshoot for free, now he charges 250.00 for photoshoots and the headshots are still 350.00. I have attached [redacted]s Contract dated October 2 2015, Please note on marketing page, Headshots were checked, not comp cards, Also underneath it says "Please note: Agency mails out 100 comp cards or headshots to top 100 casting agencies, Agency retains 75 and talent receives 25"It cost in postage 1.84 to mail headshots out which totals 184.00 that is paid out of the 350.00, the agency makes no profit off of these. We use [redacted]/ to order the printed headshots, 200 is 135.00 this is a total of 319.00 this does not include cost of special 9x12 full window envelopes that casting directors demand agents to use. SO the 350.00 paid was to print out these headshots and mail out. I have been honest and forthright with everyone as to submissions and purpose of headshots or comp cards, 350.00 for a product to mail out, not 350.00 for auditions, I have never promised anyone a guaranteed audition. I am enclosing [redacted]s contract dated October 2 2015 and list of submissions not only on [redacted]s behalf but I also submitted [redacted]s as well. [redacted] is still on our rouster and still being submitted. I am rejecting this response because:
First, [redacted] Robinson was not contracted to provide Background work for [redacted]. She was contracted to obtain audition opportunities, which she promised to do. I have obtained lots of Background work for [redacted] both before and after contracting [redacted] Robinson. So the statement that there is non avaiabe is totally false. But that is not the issue. As far as head shots, [redacted] sent us to a substandard photographer that worked out of his living room and charged me an additional $60. Which she called "Head Shots" so that was on top if the $350 that [redacted] claimed was for head shots. As  far as Fashion week, that was a total joke. It was held in a small one room venue. The only attendees where a photographer, [redacted]'s helpers and about 20 people all relatives of the participants. No exposure what so ever. [redacted] stated that she sent out [redacted]'s photo to two possible jobs, one in TX and one in Fla I believe. Even if that were true, ONLY 2 in a year??? I know for a fact there are many more audition opportunities out there for children. Either way, she was never sent for one single audition. Used a sub standard photographer, instead of her regular photographer, which I will not name since I have all respect for his talent.
