I rarely write a review on products or services, but I think, my recent experiences with this company are so out of line, others should be aware of my experiences
First, the Doctors I have encountered on recent occassions have provided good services, so this should have no reflection on their professional services
However the billing practices of the business office are very poor On my first encounter I received a voice mail in essence demanding full payment for recent services I telephoned the office and discovered the the insurance claim had been denied It turned out they submitted the insurance claim improperly and had not yet mailed the bill to me, yet they were calling saying they were going to submit it to collections This was taken care of by placing them in contact with my insurance carrier The situation was resolved once correct information was submitted to my Insurance Company
Today (03/18/2015) I received another similar phone call for some additional services The automated system said this was the final attempt to collect before turning it over to collections This is the first and only contact I am aware of for this billing issue I telephoned the office and told them I had not received any bills She affirmed that (again) no bill had been sent out to me, and the call I received was a "courteous" reminder There was nothing courteous about this call and it sounded like a threat to turn the bill over to a collection agency I authorized payment on the bill, but will verify it with the insurance company
If ever I have the need for anesthesia services again, I will ask my physician who the Anesthesia group is, and request a different provider, or even Hospital, if it is this company
