I am rejecting this response because: I will respect Revdex.com request not to mention name as to all that the owner has submitted I will address:
First: I once again state I was quoted and verified twice that the price was $total I would think less as my dog did not stay over night
Second: I paid thinking that I did not want to deal with the receptionist negative attitude as I did in the morning and would speak to the owner about everything that took place he was never around to hear the alleged verbal abuse by me and or seen the negative attitude on the receptionist also he did not call to find out my side of what happen as I called several time and then he should have made his decision
Third : I have taken all three of my dogs to Leeward and never disputed the price or as alleged by the doctor plotted to get money back and I spent way more then $Forth: What they presents as Exhibit A and B are altered , scratch out billing after the fact and never presented to meFifth: My wife was not told three time that the dog would have to stay over night just the day before the appointment a person called the day before and was told the males did not have to stay overnight she then put on hold and when this lady returned on line said oh I checked and they have to Six: The reason I kept my appointment was when I found out this information about overnight stay I tried calling back and no one answered so as not to be a burden of income on Leeward Pet by taking a spot then canceling I thought I would discuss my concerns that morningThe receptionist created the problem and was Loud, Crude and Verbally Abusive (but the doctor would not know this as he was never around or involved and chose not to call me back) I felt I would rationally speak to owner on monday about what accrued but he never call me back it was more then just the bill Seventh: I was never told this story about pet attacking the owner on anesthesia as a reason for the overnight stay I have had a male and female fixed else were and was able to take them home in the afternoon as mention the reason for the overnight stay was so they can watch the pet but for a minimum of ten hours the pet would be caged and no one would be around if it was in distress no one would know as everyone would be home that is why I signed accepting responsibility to take my pet, my statement as to not having a recourse to the procedure was if anything went w***g a few day later as the owner would not return my calls and banded me from service on one side of the storyI believe that the Doctor is one-sided and should have just called his paying customer back instead he hide behind a decision of poor customer service at the opinion of the one who created this whole problem however I am a fair and rational man and will accept a refund of $I will pay for the procedure, heart worm and canine fecal alleged testing.
I was never the problem and all it would have taken was a call back to a paying customerhe owner/doctor no nothing to what went on as he was not involved or found it necessary to find out my side of the story my wife was with me the whole time and could have vouched that the problem stemmed from poor service by his employee.

I received your correspondence of 3/16/2016 regarding a complaint (ID [redacted]) on Saturday, 3/19/2016. As you pointed out there are two sides to every dispute. The following summarizes my reply to this very perplexing and disturbing complaint.IFirst, I do not feel that [redacted]., a former...

client, is entitled to any refund for the fol10V1. ng reasons:1)On 2/29/2016 when [redacted]. came into my office, he received an accurate estimate of$227.50 + tax to neute his 34.8 pound male dog, Malu (and not $207.00 a•; he claimed): a.     Neuter .........$120.00b. Heartworm test ....$36.00 c. Fecal test.. .....1  . $21.50d.   Hospitalization 1...$50.00Total.. ..........J... S227.00 + tax(See Exhibit "A," our special discounted program for preexisting clients. Also, note ourregular program for new clients (see Exhibit "B") would be SJ 75.00 more)I2)[redacted]. consented and authorized in writing (see Exhibit "C" - surgery consent form) on3/4/2016 for a neuter, heartworm check and a fecal check. As the receipt of 3/4/2016 clearly itemized, he    was charged exactly what he was quoted (see Exhibit "D"). The only addition is a protective plastic collar to prevent Malu from traumatizing his incision site­ a 15" Buster collar of13.50; [redacted] had requested this addition.In summary, [redacted]. was quoted IDd charged fairly, honestly and accurately. He received services for a surgical neuter, a heartworm and fecal test. The surgery was performed professionally and without any complications. W\1Y [redacted]. claims he is a "victim" is beyond any logic, rationale and fair-play. If anything, I feel he s trying to victimize me in obtaining a free surgery and veterinary services.Respectfully Submitted(".:..H -J:_,,j). V:f1'P.S. I would like to comment on four issues that [redacted] mentioned in his complaint.First, he claims, "I have no recourse if my dog has complications from this procedure." On the day of the surgery(see Exhibit "C") he voluntarily signed an additional clause stating that he wouldaccept full responsibility for taking his pet home on the same day. At this signing of this document, he remarked to my receptionist, Jamie Pelletier, that if he needed to, he would I take Malu to a nearby veterinary emergency clinic 11hat was close to his home. So this claim of "no recourse" is totally false.Secondly, [redacted]. and his 1fe were informed on three separate occasions that this procedure  would  require an overnight hospital stay- on 2/29/16 when he made the neuter appointment, on 313116 when my other receptionist, Megan B[redacted], spoke with Mrs.[redacted].to confirm the appointment and provide pre-op information, and on 3/4116, the day of the procedure. If R.  . did not agree ·with the requirement, why did he even make andkeep his appointment? I feel he did so because he felt that if he complained long and loudenough on 314/16, he would get his way. He did.Thirdly, as a veterinarian for 32 plus years, I have the responsibility to provide safe and proper care for not only my pet patients, but also for the pet owners. Many veterinarians have been rightfully sued for bodily harm that their own pet had done to them while under the vet's care. A 1       v   pet  not properly recovered from anesthesia may become confused and aggressive to eve4one- including their owners.Finally, I did not return [redacted].'s telephone call of 3/7/16 because I had already decided on 3/4/16 that he was no longer welcome at my clinic. The reason for this was not that I didn't want to discuss any charges with him as he stated. In fact, first knowledge of his complaint about the changes was with the arrival of the B.B.B correspondence of 3!16/16. (Note: [redacted]. did not question any charges when he picked up Malu on 3/4/1 6 after his surgery). The reason '11Y he was banned from my clinic was that on the day of the  surgery he was loud  and verbally abusive to my receptions, Jamie Pelletier. He definitely crossed theme of a civilized discussion. I will not tolerate anyone in mypractice that will subjec    t any of my employees to this abuse.
