Rob and this entire was rude and unprofessional and I am sharing my experience to warn others about their disserve Wow! All I can say is wowThis business should not even be in business with the level of disrespectful and arrogant workers at this officeI have never experienced such rude and unprofessionalism in my life! We were scheduled to get service today 10/but was not aware that we had to pay the $upfrontWe were under the impression that we would pay it on the bill as we normally doThe rep who came to install was very friendly but the rep at the office along with his manager Rob were the most rudest peopleI was given until 10/Wednesday to pay for service as a courtesy but they didn't install the service that I was promised which was [redacted] and they also mentioned that this was included with the package I orderedI also mentioned this on the call I called backed and spoke with Rob a manager and was just blown away by his unprofessional attitude and by the

After numerous phone calls they refused to fix the issues with cable tv as requiredThey wanted to charge for to resolve their issue When forced to call them to resolve issues with [redacted] they blew me offSpoke to a manager and he was unhelpful and was rude to me He kept mentioning that I need some insurance that they have, yet it has never been offered to meWhen asked if they would give me one month free and then I'll pay the $a month, I got the response of I want everything for freeA date and time was set up for them to come service the issue, time off from work was taken twiceThey did not show upWhen called about it, the VP stated that the date was a different date and that I was suppose to receive a call on the date I set up for service repair, which I never received a callWhen being confronted with the truth about their horrible service, the VP said he was going to contact [redacted] to have my services terminated and hung up on meI called back and he would no

Zero stars I've had problems with RMC since the day I made my first contact with them My condo forces me to use RMC to have [redacted] and I hate every single second of it! I've never experienced worse customer service in my entire life Roberto needs to be let go, or asked to take a course to learn how to speak to customers On more than one occasion he's been unprofessionally rude He's disrespectful, and I would avoid dealing with him if you can Currently, I've been without a usable single for over THREE WEEKS, because they can't seem to send someone to adjust the satellite between the hours that my buildings maintenance has told them to They are a disaster Please send me a DM before you consider using them and I'll email you my list of complaints I've had since I've been forced to be their customerRUN away- don't walk There are plenty of companies out there that will be willing to help you and provide proper technical service and customer service

We were scheduled to have *** installed by RMC communications today 12/We stayed home all day waiting for these people to show upFinally at 3:their tech Alberto showed up and proceeds to tell me that it's going to be a hour job and that he's not going to complete the installation because it's too windy and that there isn't a dish on our roof and I know that there is a dish on our roof alreadyThis is the worse service that I've ever received from a place like thisI will never order from *** again or every deal with such a fake and unreliable company
