Review: I bought this water purification system from this company, not only did I end up paying $2000 more than others but every time something goes wrong on their system it is a $75 charge just for them to come out. Once the warranty is up you have to buy the pieces for full price, now true all of these things might have been avoidable if some good thorough searching is done. However, dealing with this company now since 2010 they have some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. I called in over a week ago now and talked to [redacted] told him that there was no water in the tank, asked if that is normal (got no answer) and if not could I get someone out here asap. Still has not gotten back to me, although he called and said that he was still working on getting a tech out here... That was on the 20th, my water has been feeling and smelling very strangely as well as my skin is starting to get very irritated and crack. It is getting to a point that washing my hands or taking a shower is getting painful, and truthfully this bt and I won't stand for it much longer. Please take care of this, thank you.Desired Settlement: I want it either fixed, or replaced I don't really care; the main thing is I want it to be DONE.

Review: I would like to make my complain in regards to the LeFay Puretech Water System. This company from the beginning has been trouble. The filter system was an issue since they installed it and to this day it doesn't function. They give a life warranty that I don't understand how that works since the system has been sitting in my garage without working since they put it in. I payed over $6,000 up front and they refuse to fix it without charging me even more. They even promised me cleaning products free for life and when I called to receive more they told me that I would have to pay. I spoke to a supervisor and he acknowledged that the seller was in the wrong but unfortunately it wasn't in the contract so they couldn't do anything for me. This has been a pain since the beginning. They kept coming to my door insisting that we get these filters installed in our home and promised they would even prevent cancer. This is a horrible company and product and I don't recomend it to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the system functioning the proper way since I have already payed such big amount of money. Of course, I don't intent to pay anymore to have fixed something that has never worked!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with their system and it functions properly. We have called them on numerous occasions during the months of July and August of this year and discussed his issue with him. His issue has to do with the replacement of water hose which has nothing to do with the water system and its not part of our agreement, however we have been willing to help him but he refuses to pay any service labor. Once Mr [redacted] pays his service call we will be happy to proceed.Mr. can refer to copy of his warranty for details as we have already discussed this with him.
