spent out at your home making sure the electrical was safe. I believe sending you the invoice was just an internal billing error and that the bill should have been rightfully sent to *** ***-I apologize for that. It was never our intention to unfairly bill yprovided a service, that was requested but I do think the bill should have gone to *** ***. I will proceed with them in order to cover the cost of sending out our tech. I think there were just too many people in the mix of this and follow through was poor.
