trying to response to this complaint directly, but wasn't able to do so,  as the page close up on me, each time I get interrupted. Here is my response. Her are the facts that I can honestly recalled. We, my daughter and I, gave, to Missis. [redacted] a lot of attention trying to get her the best custom ski boot.Unfortunately, after the first day trying the new boot, she bruised her foot to a point that anything would try was going to hurt. We did try a bigger shell and a different liner to see if this would solve the problem she experienced.( in very rare case, we let our customers demo custom boot, but here we took a chance to were out 2 new shell and liner) Her foot was so tender that nothing else we could try would work that day.I did understand her frustration and asked her to give her feet a break so she could try again a different combination the next time she will be back in Winter Park.She, then came back and asked my daughter for a refund when I was away from the shop.I was able to meet later with Missis [redacted]  and explained her our return policy which is visible to all our customers.  Missis [redacted] was very emotional about the my daughter attitude, pretending that : when she walked outside of the shop taking a phone, she saw my daughter and clients laughing, thinking that they were making fun of her daughter made fun of her. I tried to be very professional and took Missis [redacted] outside asking her version of the situation. I did  present her my excuses, that I was very surprise to heard those facts. At this time, I gave her the full refund minus a $ 200.00 as our refund policy sign explain on sign tagged on the wall and visible for all our customers.I even later, I gave her my card with a credit of $ 200.00 on the future boot purchase, as courtesy of my part. After she left the shop, I asked the customers who were in the shop at the time of this incident if they witness anything wrong that my daughter did or said to Missis [redacted], and they all replied that my daughter was very accommodating and never made fun of Missis [redacted] while she was outside of the shop. Just want to make a statement: I have been in business for 37th years custom fitting boot and doing custom Orthotics for thousand of people.We have since bill up a World wide reputation fitting difficult challenging feet, working with top Pro athletes, NSCD Handicap...... I am proud to say that we have a  fantastic 99% customers satisfaction rate, that Revdex.com can verified for all the years I have been a member. I deplore this incident and hope that I can put this all deal behind and move on doing what we do the best. Regards
