Review: I have contacted [redacted], [redacted] of the business over 6 times for the same problem since the beginning of August and at first, he said that he would take care of the issue, but now, he won't even respond to the e-mails that I have sent.

The issue: We had a new cedar roof put in that cost $30,000 and either there is a shingle/couple of of shingles missing at the front of the house or there is a piece of black felt that is covering the shingles.Desired Settlement: For the company to make an appointment to come out to look at the issue and repair/replace as needed.

I can contacted her on every email. This is a situation of a loose piece of felt that is showing under the edge of shakes. I have sent a man there 2 times and neither time she answered the door. We tried to locate the piece of felt and were unsuccessful until she sent me a photo via email. I have since responded we will take care of issue when we are in the area "Mequon" We have not been in the area in weeks.

The issue is not affecting the integrity of the roof in any way. I will get a man over this week. Here is a response sent this morning. I also can provide the chain of emails that was sent.... with responses to each.

This is a copy of what was sent this morning:

[redacted], there are no shingles missing. The piece of felt that is hanging long under your shakes is not affecting the integrity of your roof. I will cut this piece of felt back when we are in the area. We have not been in Mequon is many weeks. I will handle it when in area, we are trying to catch up before winter comes. Is there a reason for the urgency? Is so I will try to expedite the service call as soon as a man free's up.

They didn't finish the job. No clean up, nails everywhere. I had 2 flat tires in my garage from all the nails. I have called, emailed, wrote a letter to the owner of LeFever. The entire 2014 was they were coming back in a few weeks. I wish I hadn't paid them in full and kept some of the payment until the job was done. I trusted them. I sent business their way, before it became apparent that they were never going to finish my roof. Main roof seems done. 3 season porch leaked and no gutter guards.
