Late fees have already been paid in full and being charged for insurance policy I have no knowledge of and never should of been applied every year This company continue to have poor communication within all departments and with the customerI was told by a customer service representive that the fees date back to Now why now after years I am being hit with late fees that oldThis is not the first time I was hit with so call late feesI even had them spread out and I paid them now here we go againI had statements showing payment of including late fee amountmy monthly note is not The extra money is suppose to be for late fees not insurance policy I don't need never neededI have been all ways sending in extra money that is suppose to be applied to my late fees and come to find out they were applying it to a insurance policy I had no knowledge about for insurance I all ready have on my homeNow they are trying to spring on me some late feesI know there should n

Repeated attempts made to resolve issue Payments have been mis applied, causing a default situation
After repeated attempts, over the course of months, the issue is still not resolved I have made payments and continue to receive collections letters and notices of default I have been promised countless times that they are looking into it, and will call me back shortly, and have NEVER received a single phone call, except from the collections department trying to collect payments that have already been made On three occasions, I have made a payment and been assured the account was now in "good standing" with nothing more owed at the time, then a few days later, receive 3-letters of default and collections notices I'm given names and extensions to call people back, and whomever I speak with the next time, can't locate them, or say they don't exist Every time I have called in, I have received a different amount due from everyone I've spoken with, and the amount never match

This company is extremely rude and just a bunch of bozo's sitting behind a deskThey talk and talk and talk and they don't listen, then every time they will say that I am refusing to pay my mortgage and I tell them again and again that is not what I said and stop putting words in my mouth or you will get a law suit against you for purgery

Over the course of one month and some days, and despite numerous phone calls, faxes, emails, and letters sent by USPS, my request to receive a verbal, and/or written pay off quote has been not forthcoming from MGCThis is not the first time I have been made to wait without any explanation for information that is rightfully mineEach time I call to request information their response is either they have no record of my request or they introduce a new requirement not previously communicatedI am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with this company's business practices, not to mention their lack of any shred of human decency, compassion, or customer service skills

In Aug due to the hurricane I was given an fore bearing for monthsI was told it was a decision they/government had made to give all those affected by the hurricaneAll I had to do was write a hardship letter and explain the situation and ask the payments be put to the end of the loanI called each month to be sure when I was to start payments againNow I am being told payments cant be put at the end that I have to repay them or do a remodificationI had issues before with this company on remodification and it jacked up my loan that I only owed 55,way up to a new 72,not sure how or what they did but that made me start all over trying to get this house paid off and to a monthly note I could affordI don't think its right I have to repay any of these nor do another remodification these payments should be put to the end of the loan like I was toldI was never

I have been trying to talk to someone over months about my mortgage in August I had to go to Houston to help my brother and his familyAs a result I didn't pay my mortgage I tried to talk to someone several times about assistanceNo help now my mortgage is in jeopardy
