To Whom It May Concern, We received this complaint int he mail and have since made attempts to contact this customer (on separate days at different times of the day hoping to be able to contact them), but have been unable to get in touch baseThe first attempts, we were not able to leave a messageOn the last attempt, we did leave a message but never heard back from Ms [redacted] In addition, we mailed out a post card letting her know we have been trying to get in touch with her to assist with her concern/complaint hoping that would help us connectWe have yet to hear back from Ms [redacted] and I didn't want to delay responding to you any longerSincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: My caller ID did not show any attempts to call me. I did respond to the post card on May 7, 2018 when I was told I would have to pay another $500 deposit to reopen the account and  if I did that, they would refund the early termination fee of $399. I don't find that acceptable.
