I have in fact been in contact with the customer and have gone over her veh with her We have gone over the veh and inspected the concerns mentioned and have also confirmed the repairs that were done on her veh As frustrating as car repairs are now a days and as sympathetic as I am about the
issues the customer is having , its very difficult to effectively and efficiently preform repairs in pieces With that being said Angela and I have agreed to address the issues she is having to make certain she is satisfied and her veh is safe and she is comfortable driving it once again Thanks for your time.
