And nobody knew where is the package.(USPS - [redacted] - Local customs office)I asked [redacted] to refund my order ,he said yes and I dont have any contact from him since 04/03/2013I have send a lot of email , and try ton contact him by the "leftcoastpaintball" facebookSorry for my poor english

We have done all we can to resolve this situation without us loosing all we have invested, as of this email I have refunded the entire amount to the complaintant, we have a second order ready to send him but he refuses, we originally tried to have the client purchase insurance for the international shipping and he refused... so We lose and we currently and in the future insist on insurance for even these small orders... this is the only shipment we have ever lost with the usps in many thousands of shipments... I hope this satisfies this complaint.

Review: I order a pump handle for a paintball marker in September 2013. As of November 2013 I have yet to receive delivery of this item.

)n September 22 2013 I ordered a pump handle for a paintball marker. This item was listed on the companies website leftcoastpaintball.com . I waited 2 weeks and on October 10 sent an email to them asking about the item.I was informed that it would be shipping within the next week. Again I waited 2 more weeks and sent another email on October 28th. This time I was told that they had just picked them up from the machine shop and would be shipping this week. I have now waited til November 2nd and still no response. I have called them and sent a third email and at this time they have not responded to either. Desired Settlement: I am looking for my $40.00 to be refunded to me.

Review: Have not received item I purchased on June 26, 2013 and it is now July 30, 2013 over a month later.

I purchased a marq gen 1 feedneck on June 26, 2013 and verified by email that it was in stock. I was told it was and would be shipped. My original email was answered quickly and promptly. I waited until July 8, 2013 and started emailing again asking for a tracking number or if the item had been shipped. I was not getting any response so I found a phone number here on Revdex.com and called. The call was answered and I was told they had been out of town and it would be shipped. I then received an email on July 17, 2013 that it was shipping that day and a tracking number would follow. I never did receive a tracking number despite sending 4 emails and calling 3 times since that date and have left messages on those calls as well. I can not get any response so I filed a paypal dispute on July 25, 2013. I figured I would hear something about my item by now since this dispute but to date I still have not received my item, I have not heard anything back from the company and no one has answered or returned any of my phone calls. I have seen on pb websites that people have had this issue before and waited months before receiving an item. Though unfortunately if you wait too long you can no longer make a claim on paypal, and not sure why it would take so long to ship an item that is in stock as they say in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would either like the item shipped out by priority mail or faster as it has been over a month and even then I would not be happy with the service I received. If not that I would like a refund. Obviously with either situation I am disappointed in the service I have received and unless they can find a better resolution for this inconvenience and just lack of caring as I see it I plan on sharing this displeasure on the multiple pb forums I am on.

This matter was resolved some time ago, we have access to some older rare parts and sometimes we take some time in securing these parts. This doesnt sit well with some customers and others are patient. I do sometimes fail to keep good comunication with some of the thousands of orders, however in most orders that are delayed we have no issues. We try to satisfy all but unfortunatly we do get busy and I need to follow thru on ALL the comunications in the future. sorry for the troubles. This case has been resolved with the customer and I hope that they will continue to work with us in the future. [redacted]
