What the customer has said in there complaint is completely trueI sent her a invoice for the order with the understanding it was going to paid in a few days, the invoice was paid or weeks laterOur invoice should have been cancelled automatically after a days of non payment but was not for
some reasonOur wait time at the time payment after weeks was a week processing time for orders to be doneI will also admit that I didn't see the customer emails but when I did email her back she was rude and pushy so I just issued her a refund so I would not have to deal with her anymore

I am rejecting this response because:If your staetment of "rude and pushy" you meant in response my sentence that doing business with you "was a terrible experience." That was a true statement. I will say again: I explained that I called and spoke to the wife of the owner that the invoice was paid, she pulled it up, verified it was paid and I got an email from you (happy to provide it if you need me to), Stating that you coudl not get me the order that week but you coudl get me the order the week after, I agreed and didnt hear from you again until after multiple attempts to email you. In the future, instead of calling some one rude and pushy, take in to consideration that perhaps your version of pushy is a teacher's version of persistance on behalf of her 12 year old student's prizes for winning a championship and their having to wait for 2 months for it. But your tactic of not wanting to deal with me anymore did work. You will not ever have to worry about me stepping foot into your place of business ever again. You will also not have to worry about anyone of the thousands of educators, coaches, or parents of the [redacted] or [redacted] Public Schools. As I will be sure to review my experience of being your customer on our businees review eductor database which is not public, but within our own organization. You have motivated me to do so by your decision to get me off your back instead of fulfilling your word and my order, after you and your wife spoke and wrote to me that you 1)received the money 2) were work on filling to order. If I were you, I would have 1) took the criticism like an adult 2)reflected on WHY the person was not happy with your dealings with them 3) apologized for their inconvenience and 4) fulfilled the order. I strongly recommend that you try to be handle people better- customers that have perfect experiences with you and costumers that do not have perfect experiences with you.
