Review: I was contacted by this company after applying online for a bad credit loan. They faxed me a contract and I was asked to pay collateral to obtain the loan. I paid them a total of $2200 in order to obtain the loan. I never received the loan and the number and individual I was dealing with are now out of reach as both the main number and the fax number has been disconnected and is currently "not in service. I am now out $2200 and I want an immediate refund. I only just found out that they are not licensed in the state of California. This is a scam loan company and they should be investigated and be forced to pay any fines that are required. I hope I can obtain an immediate refund and prevent anyone else from falling victim to companies like this one. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want back the money I mistakenly sent to them immediately. I should not have been asked to keep paying collateral amounts in order to obtain the loan. There was a set amount that was required on the contract I received from them back in April 2015. I also want them to contact me (if possible) to expedite the refund.

Review: At the end of April I applied for an online loan. I received a contract on April 29, 2015 that stated the terms of the loan,9% interest for $3000 for a term of two years. I supplied all my information and agreed to a collateral payment of $411. which I sent as directed on May 1st. Subsequently another two collateral payments of $200 were requested, I sent them one on May 4th and the other on May 5th. Still no loan was deposited into my account. I was told that a new investor going to secure my loan. Finally an investor from Canada was involved now I needed another $298 as a transfer fee. I sent $298 still no loan. Now more collateral was required. I said that I can't afford it. I was given the option of paying more collateral or get a refund. With all the fees involved with the monies I sent it would amount to $1156.50 that would have to be reimbursed. I opted for the refund but it would take 30 days to process. The 30 days came and went no refund. I called and was told by their customer care [redacted] that I would have to provide a processing fee of $205 which would be included in my refund. I could not afford any more looses. I still have not received any refund. It is obviously a scam.Desired Settlement: To make others aware of my situation and receive the agreed refund

Review: I began a loan application procedure with the company called Lefthan Monetary Trust on 4-14-2015. I was working with [redacted] as my loan officer. On the aforementioned date of 4-14-2015 I sent out a faxed copy of the loan agreement with my signature, as well as a Western Union money transfer for the amount of 411.00 which was to be my show of good faith to the company covering 3 monthly payment amounts at 137.00 each and counted as my collateral on the loan. Mrs. [redacted] then a shirt me that I was on my way to having my $3000 loan deposited into my account plus a return of the 40 dollars in fees it took to send out the Western Union Money Transfer for my collateral payment to the company. later that same day I received a call from her stating that I needed to be able to either put up another payment of the same $411 send again via Western Union with the $40 fee that would be reimbursed to me, or they will be unable to proceed with the loan and my original $411.00 payment will be kept as per the contract is signed and a condition in a contract is stated if the loan provider at that point decided to run insurance background on me to cover me holding this loan and if I came back ratedunsatisfactory I would need to do this, so I proceeded to borrow the money from a friend of mine to make the second payment of $411.00 plus $40.00 in fees again. She assured me that this total of 6 monthly payments amount valued at 137 dollars each will be paid back against my loan balance and still be considered the collateral for me take out this loan. Per the contract I had signed 14th is wrong, no more than 24 hours after my fundage had been submitted as well as my return two copies of the paperwork I wall the while apologizing, and telling you that since you have been with the company or less than a month, she was unaware of tthere were several calls from her company is unavailable tag number to my phone at this point and I spoke to a woman who would not clearly identified herself to me other than as Mrs [redacted]'Desired Settlement: I would like to have all funds I've paid into this loan contract and service fees that are in addition for money transfers
