[redacted] The agreement we came to with the bank the first time this happened was that we could pay $25/month until the balances were at zero. Not until a large deposit hit and they could steal our money. NEVER did a single employee tell my husband or myself that this payment plan was only going to last until we had available funds to pay off the accounts. The employee in question actually told us we were irresponsible with our money which is unprofessional and illegal to be looking at our transactions. Bottom line is what we were told and what was done and what they are now CLAIMING are two different things. They are lying and I am not happy with this outcome.

They received their tax refund of $3,441.00 on February 8, 2018.
