Review: On May **, 2015 I was charged by this shop for parts they had not received as yet. I no longer wanted to have my car fixed by them I had my car there over night. The next morning I informed them I don't want them to fix my vehicle they told me it was no problem I can come back at 1 pm so the owner can give me a bill for the storage. When I arrived it was a different story I was told they ordered parts that they payed for it and I owed the 20% restocking fee. When I called Nissan that afternoon after paying almost $400 to get my car back the agent told me they gave them an invoice not a payed bill. I didn't know they pay for the parts once they receive them. I told that same sales person [redacted] I did not want the parts and he informed me the [redacted] was not there so I could come in the morning to speak to him. I was 2 hrs late for work due to this inconvenience but I left work early so I could speak to another sales associate to get documentation. When I got there at 11 am I spoke with parts [redacted] ###-###-#### he informed me that the same sales associate called back the shop told them I had called an I didn't want the parts they told him send them anyway they need them. As I talking to the [redacted] he had just sent the deliver guy out to deliver the parts. At that time they refused the parts and did not pay the restocking fee up front. I am very unhappy with the way they do business. They took advantage because I was a woman an they knew I didn't know about cars. They didnt expect for me to be willing to pay for them to give me my car back. They expected after they told me about parts I would stay. I know now that they could have called and cancelled the parts because they ordered them late on the [redacted] and the order had been processed for the [redacted]. The copy of the invoice that I have stated it was an invoice for the [redacted]. It also has a paid stamp on it so they could make me see they already payed for it.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I am so upset with the way they treated me and I believe I should only pay for the $65 storage fee.
