I am rejecting this response because:the statements made by this man are untrueI did not come in to his business looking to buy the Pacifica, I in fact purchased a monstero that was secretly sold from underneath meI then was given the option to pick any car in the lot, toReport me from calling the police for fraudAnd it absolutely had a check engine light onThe reason for not making my appointments with the finance company was because he refused to fix the check engine light problemI agreed to meet him half way if he would repair the car, and of course he did notThere was an oil problem with the car, I have pictures of that car leaking the oil I had just put inAnd some of those pictures were clearly taken in front of his business while pleading with him to fix the problemStill he did nothingHe stated he fixed one thing on the Tahoe, and that part is the only true statement made in this responseWhat he left out was that there were other codes that were coming up that day when hooked the cids reader up to the TahoeThis was done in the parking lot of O'reileys on McHenry AveNot trusting the salesma Josh I had the employee of O'reilys come out to hook up their code reader and it came up with different codes including the one that Josh replaced the part forAt that time I was assured by Josh that those also would be handled at a different timeAs far as the rude part goes, yes I will agree that at times there were raised voices but only because I had to be dropped off by an uber with my young children to his place of business because he wasn't taking my calls, he wasn't responding to messages and he simply cut me off like I didn't existAnd when I was able to make it down there in person he avoided me and communicated with me through his employeesLiterally taking my information and walking it back to his office and coming back to me with his responseIt was extremely unprofessional but it was what I had to endure to get any type of responseAfter that he refuses to do anything for me and the vehicleI tried everythingHe stated at he end of his response that he's willing to help fix the problem if I could be polite, I am willing to literally do anything to have my vehicle runningI have been without a vehicle for months now and am struggling to live, work and maintain any normalcy in me and my children's life without a safe reliable vehicle to get us aroundThat's all I've wanted from the very start, and still am willing to work with him to get this problem solved the way it should have been from the beginning

- She came in to Legacy Auto Sales LLC location on 9/looking to buy a vehicle after looking & test driving few vehicles she chose Pacifica , NO check engine light on , NO check oil light on ,- We did provide her with financing where signing her loan contract must be done at finance company location , She did sign a purchase contract with us and she did get copy of it , vehicle sold sign by customer, we did not have to preform any type of work to the vehicle because it had no issues .- In regard to opening statement by lady customer ''I bought a car and after signing , car was sold to some one else '' Please provide signed contract by lady customer .- She was scheduled to visit finance company at there location to sign loan contract , SHE NEVER DID .- She DID NOT answer our calls , she kept the vehicle for over days , - She missed over six appointment that it was arranged by us and finance company for her signing.- She did not provide us with correct information about her income nor her length of emplyment .- She came back on 11/demanding her money back or to swich her vehicle .- WE DID issue her full refund , check # [redacted] in the amount of $and she cashed it ,copy is attached and we renverse her $in cash for battery she replaced for Pacifica .- We took the Pacifica back.TO OUR SURPRISE - She came back after cashing the check asking us about the chevy tahoe.- She took it for test drive , NO check engine light on , She bought it , Vehicle sold AS-ISShe signed her contract and got copy of it , she went to loan company and sign loan contract.- She did call us saying the Tahoe is NOT RUNNING , we asked her to tow it to the shop we deal with , she drove it to the shop , Tahoe was running , it was maf sensor we fixed it without any cost to her.- Lady customer was extremely rude to us and to the shop people.- She came demanding to swich vehicle agine with very bad language in front of her teenage kids.- We would like to help her with the issue she has with her Tahoe if lady customer shows better attitude.LEGACY AUTO SALES LLCTHANK YOU

sorry for the delay respond..issue was resolved with customer on 01/17/2017.. customer was refunded his full down payment, and he returned the car...no further action was needed..thank you[redacted]

The reason for not making my 2 appointments with the finance company was because he refused to fix the check engine light problem. I agreed to meet him half way if he would repair the car, and of course he did not. There was an oil problem with the car, I have pictures of that car leaking the oil I had just put in. That's all I've wanted from the very start, and still am willing to work with him to get this problem solved the way it should have been from the beginning.
