I am rejecting this response because:It appears that this individual is sticking to a faulty narrative, despite multiple situations involving similar unprofessional behavior and fraudulent activity.  In addition, lies told by his technician are only going to reflect poorly on the business, and he should remember  that his actions make the company liable.  No equipment was thrown at the technician; and there was a material breach in the contract once the technician stared damaging my carpets.  No "urine treatment " was indicated on the form (I have copies ) and another company was brought out (the next day) to remedy the issue, providing a statement of the damages caused by the The Millers. 
I love the piece about "former military" (who isn't a vet anymore, I know I am) and how the technician is working his way to be a doctor. That has no bearing on this case, but thanks for the background.  In regards to the "lawyer" piece...that's funny, I never stated I was a practicing attorney...but perhaps your technician failed to see my Doctor of Jurisprudence (Law Degree) hanging on the wall while he was damaging my carpets; or maybe he did and that's why you bring it up. Revdex.com, please put this person on notice to never contact me again.  Any further correspondence directly or by proxy will be considered harassment.

To Whom It May Concern, This letter is a response to the complaint made by Mr. Cook ( ID # [redacted]). First, of all the letter from the customer is disgusting to suggest that our tech was stoned and possibly urinated on his carpet. Second, our technicians drive only our commercial vehicles, not...

their own vehicles. Third, the tech that went to the customer's house is working to pay his way through school to become a doctor. When we hire new employees, we drug test them. All employees know they can be randomly tested at any time. We take pride in the employees that we hire. Some of our employees are even current and former military. Fourth, our equipment does not smell of urine. The pet urine was in the customer's carpet. The tech noted it on the invoice and gave the customer an estimate for treating the urine. Last, technicians are instructed to clean up after themselves, but the customer told the tech to leave before he could finish or clean up. The tech stated that the customer used foul language when telling him to leave and then proceeded to throw equipment at him. The customer refused to pay the technician for any of the work he did. The customer then called me and told me he was a lawyer. I told him that I did not think he was because of his actions. He did not like my explanations and hung up on me. We have not been payed to this date for any of the carpet cleaning that was done and are currently seeking advice from our attorney concerning this and other matters involving this situation. We have been in business for 24 years and have over 5000 satisfied customers per year with fewer than 25 customer complaints per year which is better than a 99% satisfaction rate. We strive to satisfy every customer but realize that you cannot please everyone.
