To Whom It May Concern, This letter is a response to the complaint made by MrCook ( ID # [redacted] )First, of all the letter from the customer is disgusting to suggest that our tech was stoned and possibly urinated on his carpetSecond, our technicians drive only our commercial vehicles, not their own vehiclesThird, the tech that went to the customer's house is working to pay his way through school to become a doctorWhen we hire new employees, we drug test themAll employees know they can be randomly tested at any timeWe take pride in the employees that we hireSome of our employees are even current and former militaryFourth, our equipment does not smell of urineThe pet urine was in the customer's carpetThe tech noted it on the invoice and gave the customer an estimate for treating the urineLast, technicians are instructed to clean up after themselves, but the customer told the tech to leave before he could finish or clean upThe tech stated that the customer used foul language when telling him to leave and then proceeded to throw equipment at himThe customer refused to pay the technician for any of the work he didThe customer then called me and told me he was a lawyerI told him that I did not think he was because of his actionsHe did not like my explanations and hung up on meWe have not been payed to this date for any of the carpet cleaning that was done and are currently seeking advice from our attorney concerning this and other matters involving this situationWe have been in business for years and have over satisfied customers per year with fewer than customer complaints per year which is better than a 99% satisfaction rateWe strive to satisfy every customer but realize that you cannot please everyone
