Legacy Bath and Kitchen

ReBath is working right now finishing my bathroom remodel and kitchen floor replacement. This is Day 3 and it is amazing the transition is taking. My whole experience with ReBath started when my parents had their master bath and guest bathrooms redone. The sales associate was Joe V. He was and is very knowledgeable and professional throughout all the planning of the design, colors, upgrades for my parents as well as my job. The installation team for my parents second job was Jeremy and John. They also did the work at my house along with Roberto and they are like family now. They worked very hard and did not waste a second of time. Not many companies have workers that are perfectly on time everyday and make sure work areas are cleaned up before leaving. They were respectful in every way making sure that everything is perfect. They answered any questions that I had and even had to listen to my cat howling to get out of the bedroom! I am so happy that I did the remodel removing a tub and going strictly with shower, new cabinets, light, and flooring. I am grateful for the hard and caring work. If I had a second bathroom, ReBath would get that job as well.

We had an initial appointment with Re-Bath on May 26 at 3:00p. The ReBath office called at 3:10 p and again around 3:45p to tell us that John,the design consultant iwas running late. He arrived about 4:45p. We showed John 2 bathrooms that we wanted to remodel. We discussed ideas, costs, etc. He used his laptop to show us how plans look and how they could be edited. He told us that design plans would be ready in a couple of weeks for our review. That was the last we heard from John. We called John cell phone and left messages asking about status of plans on Jul 2 and again on July 11; no response. Called Re-Bath office on July 19 and spoke with Courtney to verify the appointment date, explained our experience and told her we would not be using Re-Bath. She said she was surprised to hear that about John. In the future, if we’re asked about remodeling - this is the experience we’ll share. Even one star for Re-Bath is over-rating them as far as we’re concerned.

Sergio and Antonio from Rebath did a great job! They were friendly and thorough and explained everything clearly about our new shower. They left the room cleaner than it was to begin with and made us very satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend Rebath to anyone!

Very happy! With the whole process

We had a bathroom installed in 2013 by Rebath and we are very pleased with it. As a matter of fact we are so pleased that we are having our other bathroom done by Priscilla who is an excellent Interior Decorator! We will forever be Rebath customers!
