*** and *** engaged Legacy Capital LLC to help obtain a building permit for changing the kitchen cabinets in their condominium. Legacy Capital LLC obtained the permit and *** and *** advised that Ikea took the measurements and they wanted Legacy Capital LLC to do the install. Legacy Capital LLC agreed to do the install and the cabinets were ordered. Ikea measurements were then wrong and the cabinets that were sent did not fit their required locations. After consulting with the owners of this issue they agreed to continue on with the project. After making all the necessary modifications to make the cabinets fit, the owners expressed negative feelings towards the final product. Legacy Capital LLC advised them that since Ikea cabinets are manufactured to be precise the modifications would not look right. Legacy Capital LLC has maintained communication with the owners and have advised them the best course of action to finalize the permit and pursue other means of obtaining the final look they desire. There also remains a due balance that Legacy Capital LLC has agreed to forfeit if owner's finalize the permit and hold Legacy Capital harmless from any further claims.
