The complaintant contacted our office in regards to a gift certificate that he had for a service that we no longer offerThe gift certificate was for a massageOur massage therapist offered specials of buy get free, as well as offering them as a donationShe left our business in and the last certificates that she sold were in She did not put an expiration date down and IF that service was still offered, it would be honoredHowever, it is not and while there was no expiration, it does seem a bit outrageous that he is expecting to be compensated for a service that is no longer offered when he has held this certificate for at least 1/years (maybe much longer)Dr*** is willing to allow Mr [redacted] to come and use our hydro-massage table for 2-minute sessions for his massage gift certificatesThey would need to be used by March 31, and there is no cash value

I am rejecting this response because:  Due to the business's negative attitude we are not comfortable coming into the business.

last certificates that she sold were in 2011. She did not put an expiration date down and IF that service was still offered, it would be honored. However, it is not and while there was no expiration, it does seem a bit outrageous that he is expecting to be compensated for a service that is no longer offered when he has held this certificate for at least 7 1/2 years (maybe much longer). Dr. [redacted] is willing to allow Mr. [redacted] to come and use our hydro-massage table for 2-20 minute sessions for his 2 massage gift certificates. They would need to be used by March 31, 2018 and there is no cash value.
