which he stated was $51000. The deal was worked with an interest rate of 4.99%. Legacy Dodge submitted to the bank and met the criteria and terms that were agreed upon when [redacted] signed the paperwork. [redacted] also ordered $6748.49 worth of parts and accessories from Legacy Dodge for the Ram 3500 he was purchasing. Since [redacted] did not proceed with the deal and did not purchase the accessories Legacy Dodge withheld the deposit to help cover the 25% restocking fee on all the parts and accessories that had to be returned to the manufacturer that [redacted] ordered.
