I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do not recall any mention of having no drip edge, I would not have let them put up 6,worth of work without having any drip edge onYes, Erin said he would stop in to have a look on his way ** ***, but that was back in October and I just assumed that he would have tried to get here sooner, especially since I sent pictures of how much water was coming through I would love to have Erin come and finish his work so that everyone is happyAll I want is the job I paid for in full to be done and be done right

I have been in contact with *** a number of times regarding this issue and advised him the issue is with the drip edge and shingles overhang installed by another contractorI advised *** at the time we were there that the roof edge was installed wrongI also advised him before
and after the job that his job was out of our working area I advised him that since he was so far out of our area that I would only come out to fix the roof edge at a convenient time when I was going through *** ** *** *** ** ***Our eavestrough is not leaking but instead the water is coming off the roof behind the eavestrough I don't mind fixing the problem for *** and will be happy to do that at a time I am travelling through that area.. I am surprised a complaint was filed as he and I both agreed to this
