We can definitely help this customer's complaint and issues with the item she purchased from us on If the item is not giving her the full functions of the android then we can exchange it for another headphone that willFurthermore there are only two functions really that a headphone would serve on a phone or tablet and that is either for talk and listening to audioOnly if the headphone was a blue-tooth then there would be a wireless function which it wasn'tThe customer can come to our store and if the headphone does not function properly with her device we will exchange it for something that does work as long its in the original packageBut we cannot issue a refund because we do not have a refund policy its clearly stated on the receipt

In response to [redacted] complaint, on 2-**-did in fact purchase a dryer from our storeWhen the dryer was delivered, after inspection he excepted the dryer, never stating or refusing the dryer because it was a different model as he stated Several days later, beyond the store policy period he came back to our store stating that he wanted a much larger dryer for the same priceWe told me that we could not offer him such a dealUnfortunately, we cannot price match or compete with on-line pricing from large electronics and appliance storesWe are a small mom and pop store and we are subject to different prices than the larger chain stores that buy in large quantities At this time we are unable to offer any other solution to this situationPlease feel free to contact me should you have any additional questions or concerns Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

The complaint that was filed against Electronics for was not resolvedI made a visit to the establishment to return the items and I was not greeted nicely by the salesmen he approached me in a aggressive way because he had learned about the report I madewhile I was in the store they refuse to call the *** so I could talk to him about returning the merchandiseI called the finance company while in the store I spoke to a representative he was telling they should take back the items. Then they refuse to talk to the representative at the finance company (*** in AtlantaWhen they finally came around they told the representative that its there store policy that they don't do not refund on finance option which they said was on the agreementwhen the I finally spoke to the person he told me that the agreement that was signed had the policy on the first page. when I looked at the agreement numbers through was not available to me and was emailed to me. At that time it was already to late I would not have known about that policy in the first place. After going back and fourth the *** representative said that I would have to be responsible for the first two months payment if I want to return the items. In my opinion this company are taking advantage of the people with there loop hole scams and policies like this is unfairI could understand if I open the product but its still inside the box and something needs to be doneThank you in advance

we have received the complaint and after reviewing this complaintIts clearly a misunderstanding by the customer to say that we have our merchandise in ** *** warehouseThe sales man explain
to the customer that he can look up an item on ** *** or another site of his choosing that he would be interested in just for an idea of what specifications he wants and featuresHe purchased the item on a finance that we offer in the storeWe are more than happy to do an exchange of the item if for *** *** if he is not satisfied with it or any other problems as long as it is in the same conditions and original packageBecause of the terms in the store as well as the financing agreement that he signed we cannot issue any credits or refundHe can return it the item for an exchange within our day exchange period

[redacted] is the owner of Legacy E & R. I had eavestrough, soffitt and fascia and had my garage roof redone.
The job was well done and I'm very happy with the roof and eavestrough. We did have some water spillage with the eavestrough in certain spots, but [redacted] explained to us that was due to our roof top on the house and he did his best to remedy the situation.
I found him to be Punctual , Professional and got the the Job Done Well and on Time.
He is very Professional easy to talk to and a very kind person.
I can attest to this because when the job was done I recieved unexpectedly a surprise and wonderful gift as I had just moved into a older home and needed a weed eater and out of the goodness of his heart he gifted me one as well as a lawnmower.
I'm sure he does not do this for every job! But it certainly was appreciated on our behalf!!
I woyuldn't hesitate to recommend Legacy to friends and realtives!

[redacted] came to our store on march **, 2016 to make a purchase. As with all our customers we offer the finance program we have in the store. We explained to [redacted] this program and she agreed to try it. She was given an agreement of Application of the program to read and sign which she...

acknowledge and signed. She decided with the credit that she was given she wanted to take something more better than what she originally wanted and another item which was the IPAD. She was explained to the total price of all the items before walking out the store with the merchandise. She was given the receipt and documents for the sale to read and acknowledge the policies and the full amount of the sale. After doing so she signed the documents which we have copies of. Our store's policy is no refunds or credit issued on any applications. If [redacted] had not understood the full amount of the sale or policy she would not have signed the documents and take the items from our our store. Further-more we only have a seven days exchange only policy and it past the days of our policy to do something about any items she has issues with.
