Legacy Flooring LW

We had Legacy Flooring install laminate flooring in our primary bedroom. They left without testing that the transition piece from the primary bedroom to the bathroom would allow the door to close between the bathroom and the primary bedroom. When I called to report this, I was basically told that it was my problem to "fix" my bathroom tile or door. Is this professional work? I don't think so. My advice: don't use Legacy Flooring for your installations. We used them as the designated contractor for Lowes.
