Review: I brought 6 custom made shirts for dry cleaning and the cleaners lost them all. After weeks of email, texting, and calling the owner, Miguel M[redacted] I have not gotten my money back for my shirts. Miguel asked me to send him the receipt of the shirts and told me that he was going to file a claim, so to pay me back in full for the shirts (which had only been worn once prior to being dry cleaned). I left miguel various text messages, voice mails, and even stopped by his shop and he never messaged me back. I'd like to get my money back and ensure that no one has a similar problem with this cleaners.Desired Settlement: Refund for my Shirts, which was a total of $1,200.

Review: I only went there once and will never go again. I paid them in advance to hem and dry clean a pair of dress pants. They destroyed the pants by apparently laundering them. They were delivered two dates late shrunken to the point that I could barely pull them up and with the fabric uniformly damaged. The staff refused to acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. They even tried to cover up for themselves by writing on the ticket that accompanied the delivered pants that they were received discolored. It is the worst service I have ever received at any business.Desired Settlement: I paid $12 for the hemming and dry cleaning. It would probably cost $150 to replace the pants. I would like to receive at least $50 towards the cost of replacement.

The business admitted fault and agreed to partially compensate me for the ruined pants at $65, but they have not provided the check after twice promising to do so.

Review: Dry Cleaners ruined my clothing and refuse to address the issue in any way.Desired Settlement: $89.50 the amount of the article of clothing as well as the price I paid for the dry cleaning.

Review: I had a pair of pants altered at the cleaners. I paid in advance and they promised to deliver by Wednesday as I was leaving for DC on early Thursday morning and needed them for an event in DC.n imagine my disappointment when I arrived home and my doorman informed me that not only were they not there, but they had had problems in the past with this cleaners.I had to purchase another pair of navy blue trousers in DC, returned home 4days later, no delivery. Tuesday I take my ticket and walk to cleaners. I asked them to return my 20.00 or give me a credit. They refused. I asked for a apology and acknowledgement of their mistake. The attendant's response, "[redacted]".So, I spent an extra 60.00. Never got the trousers delivered, was told the ticket I have had the correct information, however, their records had a different address, and he doesn't know how that happened, but it's not his problem.The service is unacceptable. I would like the 20.00 back I paid to have the pants altered and an apology. I would also like other people to know about this cleaners and it's horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: Refund of 20.00 and apology.

Review: I brought a full length shearling coat, color: loden, to The Legacy Dry Cleaners for dry cleaning. It had one slight stain in the front between the third and fourth buttons. I picked-up my coat on Saturday, July **, 2014. My coat was not loden anymore but a dark forrest green. The soft buttery surface was coarse and rough. There is a strong chemical smell with makes my eye water and tear. The dry cleaners dyed my coat. The cashier at the store refuses to tell me who the owners are or even who the mangers is. There are several new stains all along the bottom of the coat.Desired Settlement: The coat is ruined. The coat cost $1,615.00 plus $135.26 in tax. I want to be reimbursed by the company.
