Legacy Home Cinema and Integration

I hired them to install the granite, in my kitchen I was remodeling. I trusted they would hire a professional crew, who knew, what they were doingans most importantly could measure. My counter measurements are off, and they proceeded to blame it on the age of home. I complained enough and was able to receive a small rebate. It doesn't end here. I was in disagreement with the contractor who was trying to over charge me,and since Northeast had a prior relationship with the him, they proceeded to email him the credit... keeping me out of the loop. This was such poor service, I would not recommend this business to anyone. They are not trustworthy.
