Legacy Homes of Central PA

I am writing you in regards to a complaint dated June 22, that was lodged against Legacy Homes of Central PA on behalf of a *** *** *** *** of *** *** ***Carlisle, PA. The Settlement or Desired Outcome as outlined in your letter is that *** *** is asking us (i.e.,
Legacy Homes of Central PA) to do the following: Raise a water meter pit in the front yard Caulk the base of two bathtubs Repair chips in the leading edge of a countertop. Items one and two were completed prior to my receiving this letter, and item three falls outside of the Limited Warranty Coverage. Furthermore, Legacy Homes acted on behalf of the builder as a General Contractor, but we did not enter into any agreements with *** ***, and his warranty was written through the original builder which is no longer in businessWith that in mind, I am asking for this complaint to dropped. I have copied the verbiage from the Limited Warranty Coverage ( that they entered into with a different entity) that clearly disqualifies item number three from coverage. This Limited Warranty does not cover the following items which are expressly excluded from the coverage providedby this Limited Warranty:IChips, breaks, scratches, or marks in any materials used in the property that are not itemized in writing to Sellerprior to possession.
